All other products are sold in multiples of 5 per design
Minimum order for Tote Bags and Mug Box Sets are 20 units
(in multiples of 5 per design)

Lead Times: 4 - 6 weeks
Commissioned Paintings 16 - 20 weeks   
If you need your order urgently just let us know and we will
try our best to accommodate. We will confirm when we
have received your order and  provide an estimated
delivery date.

Carriage Paid: On orders over £150 in the UK mainland only.
All other orders will have carriage added at standard
postage/courier rates.
   
Returns: We take great care whilst making and packing your
order however if you find any defects or you are unhappy
with the products please notify us within 2 days and we can
arrange a refund or a replacement.

Payment: On Delivery. Payments must be paid within
5 working days of delivery.
